So, I've had a few posts in the works, but some have expired out of their usefulness before I put them up, and one I really did like just disappeared into the ether.
But I just wanted to say hi and I'm alive(ish)... I crashed my bike yesterday and broke my sternum and a rib, so I'm laying pretty low. Prayers for fortitude appreciated! It is probably too hard for me to stay in one position long enough to attend formal worship tomorrow, and I'll miss it, so company in spirit will be very welcome.
God bless you all!

Oh! Poor Amanda! We are all praying for you, back here at home! We're definitely going to miss you this Easter! Love and blessing,
Anna and all the rest
Oh dear. I hope you are able to rest as much as you need to and heal up fast. Sounds v painful.
Do you eat meat? Chicken stock or soup is really good, think about all those minerals you need to mend bones - there's as much calcium in half a cup of home-made chicken stock as in a litre of milk. Get some chicken legs, heat 'em in your biggest pan with lots of water and a few carrots, come back 4 hours later...
Okay I will stop fussing now. But I wanted to write with much sympathy. Get well soon.
May thee mend quickly, Friend!
With prayers for your recovery,
David
Ouch, and here just after we all talked about city biking on Rob's blog! Take care,
Love, Martin
Oh dear... Speedy thoughts for healing--

I miss you! We prayed for you at Meeting yesterday...all of us. Rest up. See you soon,
Rob
I was away all weekend and didn't see this until Monday, but I'm not above trying to pray retroactively.
Blessings,
Johan
PS: I do pray in the present as well!
Eeeek! Sweetie! Take care! I'll fret about you now . . . I'll pray for you, certainly. Get well soon!
Amanda!
I just noticed this! You poor thing!
I'm hoping you're healing well!
Pam
OUCH!
Get well soon Amanda. Get some people to come round and have meeting with you if you can't make it this week - if you can't get to the meeting, it can come to you methinks ;)
Hope you recover soon!

I'm so sorry to hear about your accident, Amanda! Best wishes for a full and quick recovery.
As a fellow urban biker, I share your pain.
Take care, and try to turn your involuntary inactivity into something useful and enjoyable. Like posting on you blog?
