How my Life is Changing Entirely: an Update in Pictures

So. Remember all that jumble I hinted at a post or two ago? This is it. I'm still in NC, so I'm going to keep it short, and fill in with details later.

1.) I got a job here:

2.) I am moving here in a week:

3.) I've sent a teary goodbye letter to 15th street and will say my in person goodbyes next Firstday. After that, I am going to be going to meeting here:

4.) And that all means that I get to see more of him:

Yeah, I'm supposed to wash some dishes for my mom but I just keep coming back to my computer to oggle him. Mr. Plain REI Catalog 2005! Woot!

I'm *really* looking forward to your pictures. Hurry up. And then, come back and visit me in Davis Square. I'm 2 blocks from Someday!

I peek in once in a while-- your posts are pretty thought-provoking! :)
(and if you need any furniture or house-y stuff, I just might be able to hook you up!)

Nifty. I have met Wendy and Polly and I like them a lot...I'm really looking forward to getting to know them better. Last time I was in Cambridge I introduced myself at the rise of meeting and said that I'd be a regular attender in a few weeks, and I got a wonderful welcome. For frosty New England, the meeting has a warm and open heart. And opportunities are right...the job comes with subsidised tuition ot the Extension school. I might finally get a degree...

Limoncika, I may just take you up on that!

Who-hoo, I have to say I've been hoping you two could figure out some sort of consolidation, as it were. Lucky Boston! I'm so happy!
Love to you both,
Martin

ps: since everyone's talking pictures, you've probably noticed I've gone a little crazy with my new Flickr account. There are sections for Theo and ministry (with some familiar pictures).

Oh, I'm a happy girl! Can I steal that swing picture for my blog, with a photocredit, of course? It's so precious!

Glitterglam, Hi and welcome! I will check out the blog. I'm very excited about my Davis Squareness.

Lovelovelove to all,
Amanda

Hi again Amanda,
Oh you mean the plain swingers' club? Sure! (I wonder how many good captions we could give that photo; I call it "Quaker Fashions Swing Back" on the Flickr account).

Judy and I got married in that meetinghouse. Just so you know.

(Our 25th anniversary is only weeks away.)

Somebody thinks you're cute! I read that! Right down there! Hmmm. . . Mr Hipp. You should come home. I'm sorry we were not sufficiently plain for you. We still love you though. Best wishes, and God bless, should he find the time. . . (I hear he bowls a lot)
