Linkage...

I'm adding a few links to the sidebar there. As a jumping off point into the wild and wonderful world of Quakers, I recommend Martin Kelley's Quaker Ranter. I have to credit his website, most of all, with being the spark that has lit most of my most interesting Friendly adventures. Most everything I've linked to here can be found linked somewhere on his website - Martin also runs NonViolence.Org, a current events-in-peace-etc blog/website which I haven't explored half as much as I should.

Many more links will be added as I find sites, and find time to add them in. A very special shout-out goes to my dear friend and Friend Lorcan Otway, also the leader of Sorca Dorca and an extraordinarily talented (in no particular order...) musican/advocate/lawyer/boat-builder/collector-of-the-best-obscura-around. He's just begun a blog of his own, which you'll see linked on the sidebar as Plain in The City. After Martin gave me some reasoning behind going plain, Lor showing up each weekend, unselfconcious in his big black hat, gave me the courage to test it out. (To my mixed relief and silly disappointment, no one's said anything about my first attempts at plain. I think that's the way it should be.)
