Another poem.

This is my song:
part gospel, part drink.

Fear of God.
Fear of self, of distance, change.
Fear of stillness.
Fear of being still.

Being still the same
after all.

After all this.
After all I am only one.
After all I am all alone.
After all I am still afraid.

Drink the cup that's set before.
Before question, before doubt.

Drink.

O to the M to the FG. What a LOVELY poem. No, seriously. It is lovely. High five.

Stop breaking my gay roommate's things.

It is a lovely poem... but,

I remember thee singing "Be not afraid..." do take time to sing it to thyself when thee is feeling afraid...

and thee is never alone, listen to that true, still small voice within thee...

and thee has a few good friends, closer than a heart beat...

It will be OK... really

Seriously, Liz. I should be spanked.

Lor, don't worry about the meaning of the poem too much, any good poem, like any good pictures, just captures one instant.

Now I need to find where to get "Stinking Bishop" cheeze... other than going to Yorkshire...

Then, find a gallery... simple.

It took awhile to get my cousin's lithium dosage correct (he's bipolar too.) Hang in there and don't give up. I've got a book recommendation for you here. It's a pretty Jewish book but there is a lot of profound knowledge about God.
