Man, if I could just bottle my anxiety and sell it I would be a rich girl. No-Doze+Dexatrim in one nice, compact, rattling, jittery, internet-scanning, sitcom-DVD-watching, driveway-pacing, room-cleaning, 18th-century-novel-reading, incoherent-texting, obsession-filled evening/night/morning/whatever...and shut the hell up, bird, it's 6 am and I'm trying to sleep.
Anyway, don't worry, my meeting is not till 1:30 pm and I am armed with lip gloss, a palm-pilot, Professional Pants, and Klonopin.

Thinking of you, lady.

Do you only knit with wool or do you use synthetic yarn as well?
You have my prayers, too, Amanda.
Speaking of books, good used bookstores are an incredible mood enhancer. There is one here near
me that prices nearly all its books at $3.99, which means that I indulge in books that I would otherwise not buy at all. It's more fun to read a classic in a nice, easy to read hardback. The Reader's Digest classic series is especially easy on the eyes, though their idea of "classics" is a little tame - "The Inncoents Abroad" but not "Middlemarch"
(as far as I know).
Holding thee in the light today, regarding thy meeting and all...
I never can sleep before a long drive, or anything for which I need sleep...
Drop by the flickr site, a bunch of interesting photos... cab vs. dry cleaners... Kingston NY ( a formerly Quaker town - "2\3s of the town was Quaker, the rest was 1\2 Quaker" And photos of a fire in Chinatown.
Have a snooze after the meeting!
